I updated Pigments using the Arturia Software Center - while I had Cubase (10.5) running with a track featuring Komple Kontrol with Pigments loaded - this made Cubase 10.5 close down without a warning - and after that there was no connection between Komplete Kontrol and Pigments (except that the sample snippets of the presets were still there) It turned out that the new Pigments.dll file had not been installed in the Native Instruments VSTplugins folder - it still had the old one. But after copying the Pigments.dll file from Steinbergs VSTplugins folder to the Native Instruments VSTplugins folder it seems to be back to normal.
- So before updating - I suggest closing your DAW :-)
