Newbie: The 16 knob does not go up and down on Ableton Lite

Hi, I just purchased the MiniLab MKII and set it up In AbletonLite (Shift -> 8 ) .

Button 8 goes left to right. But knob 16 does nothing?

I do notice that the yellow light appears next to the D when using the 16 knob (top right of Ableton Lite) so it is doing something?

Any help appreciated.

I have the exact same issue. I too bought a minilab mk2 recently and knob 16 does not scroll up/down in Ableton, but other knobs and keys are working as expected. I'm not sure if the problem is with the MK2 or Ableton 10 Live, will very much appreciate a solution to this problem.

Updating the firmware fixed this for me
