Keylab 88 issues - eveything works EXCEPT the keys!!

Hi All, brand new to this forum group and to Arturia! I got my new Keylab 88 yesterday, and unfortunately once I mapped to Pro Tools 10 the only thing that works is the pads which get a signal and all the knobs faders work, but none of the 88 keys are getting a signal. In addition, none of the keys when pressed show up on the Keylabs screen. Anyone know what this issue might be? Halp.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

Does the keys work, when you use Analog Lab in standalone mode?

Have you set up your controller twice in Pro Tools - one as control surface for the DAW, and one as a midi keyboard? I can imagine your setup is'nt correct.

I'm not a Pro Tools user.
