Just purchased - no activation code

Hi all

Hoping i can get some help. Purchased an "open box" dpark le from a reputable music store online.

Assumed open box means exactly that - demo model perhaps.

Unit has arrived but without activation code and (redundant cd)

I don't want to return the item, would rather  just play and use it!

Can i organise an activation code somehow?

I don't know about any "Open Box" Spark LE.
Which store? Have you just bought it?

Open box was from the store. As in working product but without the original box. Likely an ex demo version.

Which store? As far as i know  Arturia does'nt sell Spark LE anymore. Have you been informed about that by the reputable store?
May i ask how much you have paid?
It's a controller right? What about the Spark2 software? Have you got that?
Why is the CD redundant?

In generel a serial number for any product should be delievered by the store that sell you the product.
Also the activation code for any software should be delivered by the store that sell you the product.

Thank you to Arturia support.

All it took was one support ticket and the issue was resolved 1st try.

Now registered and Arturia have provided the activation code for me.

Excellent support i was expecting this to become much more of a hassle.
