Ableton / Multiple Monitor / Spark always up

Mac Ableton user here...

I always need access to the Spark VST screen (hardware doesn't let you do everything!).
Problem is with Ableton, you can't use the VST screen at the same time as Ableton, only one can be on 'top'.

If I have multiple monitors, is there a way to have both screens always 'up' ?

Or, is it possible to launch the VST screen with any sort of hot key?

Do you check on the Allow multiple plugins windows and uncheck the Auto-Hide plugins windows?
