Hi.
It would be really cool to have the possibility to map the rate pot to CC !
(I don't use it anyway, beacause I am in external clock)..
And I need to control the volume of my expander..
It would be so convenient..

That would be good indeed.  Don't know if the rate knob is hardwired or not though which if it is, couldn't be controlled.

As it isn't used when the Keystep is a clock slave it is probably possible to read out its value and transmit it as CC data.

Nice idea.

Fully agree. This is what i always think about when using Keystep. For those with a budget/compact setup, the ability to have at least one assignable knob is vital.
i desperately need it!
