Not showing on Maschine 2 or Logic Pro

Hello

I got the ARTURIA KEYSTEP. I tried to use with Maschine 2.4.0 (R4769) and on Logic Pro 10.0.7. I use OSX 10.8.5, my MacBookPro is a15 Zoll, Mitte 2010. I dont like to update. Then i can not use Pro Tools any more and other Programms.

On the Maschine 2 I checked the MIDI Preferences, there was no ARTURIA.
ARTURIA is connected with USB, STOP LED is ligthning, the mini switcher are on Mode USB. Connected first Arturia than starting the Maschine.
Same on Logic, no ARTURIA.

What do i wrong?

Does it appear as a midi device in Audio /  MIDI Setup? If not, try a different USB cable. At least half the time when people post problems about their computer not recognising this device it's because they're connecting it with an aftermarket cable wired only for charging phones, so it will power-up but not send midi data to the computer.
