How long for an unregister of a license?

Hello Forum,

my first topic 

Does anyone know how long an unregister of a license will take?
I have sold a Spark LE with the Expansion Packs.

I´ve sent my request to Arturia several times (since Wednesday morning).
So far there has been no response.

Does it always take that long?
Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I think Arturia support is quite busy at the time being. I don't know, if they also are marked by the conflits in France.
In my exsperience it normally does'nt take long.
Today is thursday and you posted yesterday.

It took 58 hours to delete my registration  (SPARK LE + EXPANSION PACKS).
