I signed up for this forum because my repeated attempts at getting Arturia technical support to respond to my issue has met with no success.
Included with this post please find two screen captures that I wish to illustrate my situation with.
As you can see, Arturia Software Center (as well as my account page) says all is well with my products, but the plugins themselves aren't recognizing my licenses.
Any thoughts or advice?
