Something I find very annoying and I did not find any way to avoid it is to prevent the step sequencer to go back to transpose center pitch when you move the Seq selector knob. I would like to be able to have several sequences and to move from one to another without loosing the current transpose offset. To sum up : a new sequence should inherit the transpose value of the previous sequence.
Eg in the control center, the transpose latch setting could have 3 values : off, on, inherit
This is very doable in a new firmware
