Hello my name is Dario and I am from Argentina, my problem with Arturia Minilab not be solved by the support arturia.
I transcribe the answers in red, please i need help.

"I need to install and use my instrument Minilab another computer. I have 5 activations available and only one in use. When I want to use the minilab on another computer asks me to activate and shows ASC mistake APPCRASH.EXE not activate my AnalogLab. I need a solution to this problem. Windows 7 Professional 64 Bits."


Hi,
Please uninstall the ASC you've installed on this new computer and reinstall this one :
http://downloads.arturia.com/infrastructure/asc/soft/Arturia_Software_Center_v1_1_5_b865.exe

The problem continues, I use only demo mode.

However, please uninstall the ASC and reinstall it ==> http://downloads.arturia.com/infrastructure/asc/soft/Arturia_Software_Center_v1_1_6_b898.exe

Hello,
This is related to the ArturiaSoftware center agent.
This agent is pinging our server to confirm the validity of the license you are using.

At that step there is two opetions why the agent is crashing:
1- Please close down your firewall.
2- Are you using Ofline activation?

DNS it is in automatic.This is provided by the Internet company.
