Hi,
i use the arturia v-collection 4 on my mac pro and on my MSI-GE60 (Apache Pro) laptop (with Windows Pro 8.1).
on mac everything works without a problem, but when i start the arturia software center on my Windows Laptop, i allways lost my activations for the v-collection.
so in the software center i can see all of my products (th v-collection 4 and the old arturia software with key protection).
perhaps it is CCleaner which always kills my registrations but this only happens to the arturia plugins.
i exclude the whole Arturia Folder in CCleaner.
i opened different support tickets over the time with the same content.
also i always lost 1 registration for the v-collection but i get it back from the support.
i can see online that my mac pro is registrated one time, my old Laptop which dies also one time and my actual Laptop now ist registrated 3 times.
Also the was no changes in Hardware on my Laptop.
from 10 activations there are now 5 (should be 8 because i only use it on two machines)
is there another folder or file that i can exclude in CCleaner
anyone any idea ?
