is there a way to upload in the Player some sounds which have been edited via the laboratory and / or the actual synth program ?

Analog Player has no ability to load patches other than it's in-build, pre-patched ones. Analog Laboratory can load customized patches from the different Arturia synths, if you have full licenses for them.
