I feel your pain. I have yet to get this software to function on my computer, and was advised to uninstall, then reinstall. The guy, who is the tech support, claims to be a sequencer, blah blah blah, you think he would have just gone ahead and sent me a re authorization code. NOPE. I think he is just enjoying my money that I paid for his software, and even more so enjoying having us all by the balls waiting on his inadequate tech support. I am trying to be fair, but come on man, this is ridiculous.
