Atruria Factory Experience purchased from a seller who guaranteed "NEW". After entering the 32 character auth. code on the card inside the book, I got this message. What now? Does it mean this product can never be used? I am contacting the seller, but fully expect to be told off or that no return can be made (or that I am wrong in bringing the problem to him). If he, or somebody else used this code once, am I looking at a box of useless hardware? Is there any way that Arturia can help me? I registered the product with you earlier today & that went through OK. (it was not rejected) Please tell me what to do, thanks.
