I will give Arturia the benefit of the doubt in the sense that there is a 6 hour difference in time zone from where I live. Possibly the offices were closed before they could get to me, so if that turns out to be the case, my apologies for my oversight, I should hear from them tomorrow morning. I do apologize for the frustration, but it's very hard to receive a brand new piece of software to find out the actual reg number printed on the box does not work ! I am keeping my fingers crossed I do hear from them tomorrow.
