Title: Second request for help :-(

This is my second tech support request, I am not able to install my new copy of the CS-80v, the registration number listed on the CD label comes up as invalid in both the installation and online registration.  This is very frustrating, I also own Storm and MMV and did not have this problem !  Just in case, I am including my purchase information, a copy of the cover and box !!

I have posted this help request on all your forums and user groups, honestly this is no way to treat a loyal customer who has purchased ALL your products including a MMV t-shirt.  any help will be greatly appreciated, merci.  -Steve

I will give Arturia the benefit of the doubt in the sense that there is a 6 hour difference in time zone from where I live.  Possibly the offices were closed before they could get to me, so if that turns out to be the case, my apologies for my oversight, I should hear from them tomorrow morning. I do apologize for the frustration, but it's very hard to receive a brand new piece of software to find out the actual reg number printed on the box does not work !  I am keeping my fingers crossed I do hear from them tomorrow.

Just wanted you all to know that Arturia did respond today and took care of my registration issue, what a relief !! Thanks Arturia !
