Receiving Midi Data From Software
« on: May 25, 2023, 12:30:50 pm »
Hi. I am using a Keylab 61 MKII into a PC running a program called Gig Performer. It allows me to create VST setups  as rack-spaces per song part for live performance which I control from the Keylab 61. I have programmed each of these rack-spaces to specific on/off switches linked to the Keylab Select buttons. This allows me turn sounds or effects on/off as I play. When I go down my playlist, the switch positions on the Keylab retain their previous state and do not follow the programmed settings of the song. Example: Song 2 uses switch #1 and 2 as “on” when that song is selected, but the Keylab  only indicates switch #1 is lit. I then have to double click Select #2 on the Keylab to match the rack-space. Gig Performer has a sync command that sends data back to the controller each time a rack space is selected. Is there a way to set the Keylab to respond to this and reset its button on/off configuration per each rack-space selection?
