when I load a Preset, it said missing sample?

I bought a preset pack, (Wavelengths Lofi) and when i click on the preset, it reads a message saying
MISSING SAMPLES, The Following Samples Were Not Found
Reimport. 
When I go to check the directory that the samples are place in, the sample is not there.
I have reimported to pack and it still did not load the sample.
Why is this happing?

You can try to download the soundpack installer and use that, if you have'nt already..
If that does'nt help, then contact Arturia support through your account.
