FYI In Cubase 12 they changed the MIDI remote setup systems.

Has anyone actually succeeded in setting this up?

I have tried the old skool Mackie way and the new way and I can't seem to get it to work. Currently, for example, all my transport buttons are emmitting CH1 notes and other buttons do not work. My sutdio is currently down

thank you for any insights

I have a Keylab49MKII mapped to Cubase 12 with the new MidiRemote and a User template. Almost everything is working as requested. Only the Cycle transport button has no effect in the DAW.
