Keylab 61 mk2 DAW mode not working in Logic or Cubase

I just received my Keylab 61 mk2 and cannot get it to work with my DAWs.

Selecting respective modes for Cubase and Logic result in transport and DAW command buttons generating MIDI note messages. Fader and select buttons behave the same way.

I even followed instructions for configuring Cubase. Logic does not detect the Keylab like it does with my Launchpad Pro and old M-Audio Oxygen under Control Surfaces.

I am running the latest firmware (1.2.4).

This is extremely frustrating as specifically purchased this controller over others due to the DAW mode and had been waiting since February for my order to be fufilled

For Cubase, sounds like you’ve got “In All MIDI” selected under the “MIDIIN2 (KeyLab mkII)” port.

Uncheck the box & it should work.
