V collection 7 not installing at all?

So I did the rent to own on splice, downloaded the software center, downloaded the collection and when I go to install it, it just pretends it's going to and then stops. Nothing installs it just keeps saying "Not installed" on everything. I've been trying to figure this out for hours, and am awaiting an email, hopefully. Anyone had this problem? I am on MAC Mojave 10.14.6

Well, ironically enough I just unchecked silent install right after posting and it's allowing me to install them one by one. Which is bonkers.
