Problem with DAW mode in FL studio 20
« on: December 02, 2018, 01:11:39 am »
Greetings, I bought one of your products arturia keylab mk2 and it turns out that when I bought it I did the whole process of registering, installing and updating the firmware and, as it came with an earlier version, I updated it, it was great. . Today I simply turned on the computer to do a job with the mk2 and it does not sound anything, it does not recognize the midi the daw, after some attempts, it is already shown in the daw but nothing is heard, I opened the midi control center and it says that there is an update, the same one that I had installed, version 1.0.10.23 again, I tried it several times and at the end this message appears.
Entering firmware update mode - device not connected
The device must be connected before updating. If the device is connected to a USB HUB, unplug / plug in the HUB and press OK. :( :(
Another clarification: the purchase came with a white USB cable and the USB connector (USB HUB) did not come with any power cable, I hope it responds. Thank you :'(

Hi joseluis_ac

I also use FL Studio 20, and KeyLab MKII, which I bought just yesterday. I am not facing the issue you have mentioned.

Please see the screenshot below and see if your MIDI Input settings match. There are just two things you need to do in the MIDI Input section.

Hope it helps.
