Please, improve once in future the mechanism of your installers, finally.
First problem - it's, no matter what format user select for install, the installers anyway will install all formats what he contain.
The same about location for install - no matter what you choose, all throws to system partition.
For second - please, do anything with such million files, mainly this is graphical(ui) content. All this could be packed in some container, i dont know, but certainly can be done something with this.
