Analog Lab Lite Payment Problems

Howdy

I'm trying to buy a preset pack from the Sound Store inside Analog Lab Lite - It asks me to put in an address - I do this and hit submit, then type in my CC details, and then it keeps coming up with an error saying I didn't enter any address details... Why do you even need my address details, I live in Australia?

Has anyone else had this issue, I just want to buy one of the preset packs.

There is a service section on arturias website - you can ask there for help - I had a payment problem and they solved it imediately.
