AFCC pop in front of other apps in Windows 10?

I love the quick access to the AFCC via the button on the unit - but it's a bit annoying that it only ever pops up *behind* any open windows, including my DAW. Is it possible to force it to pop over any other apps in Windows 10?

It's also good to know it's definitely closed because it uses quite a lot of CPU - 10% to 12% typically on my machine when audio is playing... seems a little excessive for just those level meter bars, especially when in the background behind other windows!!
