I bought a BSP a week ago.The first time I used it, I found out some Touch Knob is always in the active state,that make the Screen not available.
So I contact customer service, they replaced a new one for me (With a new SN number), but the problem still exists, but the position of the fault knob has been transformed. I want to know if this is a general problem and I don't want endless replacement equipment.
PS:This failure can occur more than 5-10 minutes after powered on,Some issues Knob can solved by remove Knob Plastic lid...
