I bought a BSP a week ago.The first time I used it, I found out some Touch Knob is always in the active state,that make the Screen not available. So I contact customer service, they replaced a new one for me (With a new SN number), but the problem still exists, but the position of the fault knob has been transformed. I want to know if this is a general problem and I don't want endless replacement equipment.
PS:This failure can occur more than 5-10 minutes after powered on,Some issues Knob can solved by remove Knob Plastic lid...
How to solve this problem???

Never mind,I've returned it.Since Arturia is not care to this problem.

mine does this but not always..I think the knobs are super-sensitive - or broken
