Analog Lab 3, all presets have noise and distortion after browsing thru 50 or so

i'm listening to each sound so i can mark my favorites and after listening to 50 - 75 a crackily white noise and distorted sound gets added to each preset sound until i close and reopen lab 3 (standalone).  It happened twice in 15 minutes.

Have you activated the software? Look in Arturia Software Center (ASC).

The myaccount>myproducts page has my Keylab 88 listed with it's serial number and unlock code and little green check mark in front of the word "Registration".  Then under "more info" it says

"Out of 5 machines activations available : 1 used
For your: Analog Lab 3, Piano V, Piano V2
This license is activated on the following machines :
 J-DESKTOP

This data was entered using the Arturia Software Center application.

Did i miss doing something i should have?

I'm still interessted if your ASC say you are activated. I would check that if i was you.

Do you have the issue both in stand alone mode and when using plug-ins?

If you are fully activated on the computer you use, and the noise suddenly appear on a random preset, then i suggest you contact Arturia support thru your account.
