How do I download my order

I bought Vangelis but while I paid for it I have yet to receive a download notice.  And when I look it says I alaready own it.  How do I get my product?

OK I didn't realize I could get to the store in Analog lab so I bought them by e-mail but when I looked after the instructions were sent to me I figured out how to get to the Arturia store, but My presets are still locked and there doesn't seem to be a way to download them.  Thanks for the answers.

Did you buy them from the InApp store of Analog Lab 2 or from our website ? Did you receive an email saying that your order has been processed and confirmed ?

Can you pm me the email address you are using for your MyArturia account ? I'll look into it.
