Didn't know the Synthacon, looked it up: If it sounds as it looks, it's a great machine!
Around 1980 I've build the Elektor Formant modular. It's still working, except 1 of the VCO's and the (also self-built) keyboard
With MatrixBrute I did not get only a good versatile analogue synth, but also a FABULOUS new Controller keyboard for my Formant
Great combination too.
