PAID for products, NO products delivered-Arturia =Rip-Off

I've purchased two expansion kits for my spark, both cleared my credit card and I was charged for them. I NEVER got download info from Arturia....what gives? I got ripped off!

I'm in the same situation:
I bought Arturia V-collection 3 the 17-March-2014 and I don´t received any reply. The total amount is charged in my credit card, but i don't received any download link. I´ve also contacted two times with Arturia using the web contact form, but I don't received any reply. (I  check dayly my e-mail including the SPAM folder).
Is Arturia really serious?

I've bought the V.collection download on march 18th with a steinberg promo, and have been waiting ever sense for a e-mail with a download/activation code. Checked the SPAM folder too and been monitoring it daily,even sent the e-mail to support/sales with details of the purchase and transaction and still no reply.

What's going on guys, it seems like there are lots of people having the same issue.

I have the receipt of the payment expedited by Paypal with date 17/03/14 18:06
I 've already  sent you a PM

I just purchased the V Collection and all of the Spark expansions last night and never received an email to download them. I have the receipt showing they have been paid for. Nothing in my spam box.
