At step 1 I enter my serials correctly for my registered and working product (analog factory). At step 2, I do the same, correctly, for my desired product (the Jupiter). I check my email address, etc. All details are correct. Then at Step 3 I get nothing. Just a screen saying Dowloads and underneath that a 0. No links, no downloads, nothing. I've tried all my browsers to make sure this isn't the problem.
Can anyone help with this?
When I try sending a message to technical support, I get told to check my email address (it is once again correctly entered, is the same one I use as my account name) but I don't even get a confirmation letter. Then when I check back on my account page, the request itself is not even listed. What the hell is going on? Is the support system itself broken at the moment?
