No news on my purchased JP8V...
« on: June 11, 2007, 12:41:43 pm »
Hello,

I'm new to this board, in fact I registered today. Last week I bought a JP8V, thru the Arturia online store. After checkout I got to the confirmation window and the amount was lifted off my account. (my bank sent me an text message)
AS opposed to my previous online shopping experiences, I didn't get any emails neither from the bank who did the transfer nor Arturia concerning my purchase.

However I have a transaction number, but basically this is all.

I sent an email to the sales dept, but no reply ever since, who knows they all might be at wwdc 07...

Anyone could help me out with any purchasing experiences? Can I have any tracking numbers to see where is my synth at the moment?
Cheers,

Shane

Since you have been so helpful, Vincent, could you perhaps answer a question that I have now asked 3 times through arturia_support@arturia.com?  Is there any information as to when the academic version of J8 is shipping to the USA?  I was assigned case number 27848, which is listed as resolved even though I have not recieved an answer.

Thanks - I am looking forward to getting my J8 - I love the demo and my trusty CS-80V.

Hello,
the best solution is to send a mail to:
-- sales (at) arturia.com   -- with a justification of the fact that you are student or teacher..you will be answered a mail with a special payment tunnel ; and will receive the JP8V after payment.

I am in exactly the same position as you and I have sent an email to sales@arturia without getting any replies.
Can anyone tell me how long after purchasing online did they receive the product,so at least I know roughly how long I have to wait?

Many thanks.
