Knobs Mode

I prefer to use knobs in a linear method, but today I discovered that there is no difference between the linear & circular modes in Oberheim SEM V.  The circular mode does not seem to work.

Indeed, I confirm this.
It has been added because it exists on Wurlitzer but I guess we never checked on Oberheim.
I don't know if it will be implemented for 1.1.6, but we will have to see if we can have this feature for the next version or remove the menu entry.
