Can 25 key Player send program change, patch select messages?

We're using the 25 key player as a standalone controller with a JV-880 sound module. Can we use MIDI Control Center to reprogram the "Preset +" & "Preset -" buttons to send program change + & -? Can we reprogram the Snapshot buttons to call up patches?
