I just wanted to say thank you to Daniel and the rest of the tech support team. Last week, a key stopped working on my Keylab 88 mkII. I contacted support and they had me run through diagnostics and try reinstalling the firmware, etc. They set up and appointment with the authorized repair shop here in LA and witching less that a week, my keyboard was not only repaired, but the techs at the shop told me that even did maintenance on my board AND they touched up a few little paint nicks. ( I have the white one.)
