Buchla easel crashing DAW when saving preset

The DAW crashes

Tested also in Reaper. Same issue. Crash when trying to save preset.

Can anyone confirm that they can save presets on their version of the buchla easel?

Yes. Work here on Windows 10.

Any idea of how I can problem solve this kind of issue?

System restart
Fresh install of Buchla Easel
Tried saving with an empty project (crashes the DAW)
Tested other Vcollection Synths - they also seem to be crashing when saving presets.

Do you have any ideas on how I would go about problem solving this?

Your issue can be about your OS or the DAW you use.

If you use OS Ventura, then that might be the issue.
It can also be related to Maschine. NI have recently changed things, and perhaps that's why depending on how you work and which plugin format you use.
But info is missing for me to tell anything about it.

I suggest you ask Arturia support through your account.
I can't test as i don't use Maschine. I'm on Windows 10.


EDIT: If you have another DAW, then you can test in that. Also you can test saving with Buchla V in standalone mode. That can narrow in where the issue is. EDIT END

Thanks I'll get in touch with Arturia, I actually wasn't aware of the support through the Software centre, so thanks for that.

Crash on save happens also in Reaper so it doesn't seem Machine 2 related
Testing Standalone was a good idea. However they seem to open for me- I've also mentioned this to support]

I've sent a msg to support now so lets hope they can help problem solve this.
