Is this noise and click supposed to be?

I have allways wondered why SEM V give lots of noise when you zero every parameter, and there should be no sound at all. It's like the noise is'nt turned off completely.

Also there is a huge click on note on, especially when in MONO mode. It's very loud on sounds where the filter frequency is at a low setting.
The same click does give a kick to some sounds.

Is this how it's supposed to be?

I hear it too. I doubt they spend resources to fix it at this point. Moved on to the Xa.
