Splash screen appears everytime I add a V Collection synth

Since updating I see this annoying splash screen every time I load up a synth.
How can I get rid of it?

How many times have you loaded the plugin after saying yes or now?

It should only maximum show once after update. But i also have discovered, that it's not allways the case. So perhaps there is a small bug here.  I can't tell for sure. I

Which plugin format do you use? VST2 or 3? From another thread i understand you use VST.

I don't get the tuturial screen every time. But no doubt there are issues. I use VST2s. I'm on Windows 10.

I am using VST in Bitwig and AU in MainStage. It happens for both

This happens for me on Logic and MainStage, You can answer yes or no, you'll still get asked again. For me it wasn't a big enough annoyance to report it, but it is obviously a bug because surely it should store in its internal preferences somewhere that you've responded to the question before.

have the same problem, and im wondering if its connected at all to my patches not re-loading properly when i re-open a session.... ive posted about a couple times on this forum to no response unfortunately...

The same thing is happening to me, with all Arturia VSTs (VST2 format). I'm using Ableton 10 and Renoise 3 on Windows 10.

It's still an ongoing bug.
I haven't had the time to reopen the case again but I will do it at some point.
Support suggested deleting prefs and then my workflow meant it was slow to get tested.
Expected behaviour would be that the splash screen would appear again for the first time after deleting prefs, but the splash screen is annoyingly persistent every time.
These little glitches are the kind of thing that make me wish even more for a room full of real synths )

Anyway, we're making music and that's a blessing!

The problem hasn't been fixed yet after 4 months. Pretty annoying to see it everytime you launch a plugin.
