screeech
« on: May 08, 2020, 08:12:51 am »
When I am in Live and go to adjust the sliders on the keylab 88 MkII I get this hellacious screeching sound ...If I try to adjust the sliders during recording, the screeching sound gets recorded as well...I feel like either I am missing something major or there is something wrong with this keyboard which I just got a month or two ago.

Perhaps it's a good idea to search the forums, as this question has been asked before.
It's probably about a wrong controller and control surface setup that create some kind of feedback.

Notice the note about MIDIIN2 and MIDIOUT2 in Windows.

that fixed it...I am still struggling to absorb all the lingo and understand how this thing works...I guess I had little faith that "screech " would yield any similar issues to mine, was certain it was a defective unit...thanks so much for steering me in the right direction!
