I get this message when i try to register my MiniMg V.
I have Arturia V-Collection and im using the license number from the plastic
card that came with the V-Collection.
I have doublechecked the number several times.
How could this be?

I have exactly the same problem. I purchased the Vintage Collection and the CS80, ARP 2600 and Mg Modular register fine, but the MiniMg gives me the dreaded
"Your Arturia License number IS NOT listed in our database !"

same problem here too. V collection miniMg code wont register. Just tried prophet V, which worked fine...

Is this a message from Synchrosoft? Then try to update your Lince Database in your Synchrosoft Control Center.

Yep same problem. Tried to input my number off card out of V collection (which has worked in the past) but this time number not in your database.
Can't use miniMg V at all now

I sent an email to Support and got one back in about 12 hours saying that my rego number was now added to the database. I was then able to register okay and v2 is now fully operational on my computer.
So, it looks like there are a whole bunch of Vintage box MiniMgs that did not make it to the database. I suggest that if you have this problem then email Support.

+1 on the same problem -- I've just emailed support. My miniMg came as part of a V Collection set. Same thing for everyone else maybe?

Update: quickly fixed overnight, even over the weekend! STUNNING SUPPORT!

I've got the same problem, though this only took place after the 2.0 update. It was working fine upon initial install, but as soon as the 2.0 update was run, it gave me this error. I shot over an email so I hope they get back to me soon.

I allso sendt a mail to Arturia with my license number and i got a mail today that my number is added to the database.

I have no Earthly idea how this happened but after I sent over an email from the form on the Arturia site, it sent me this:

I just tried again but in another way. I used the official support from another registered product (Mg Modular) but gave the MiniMg info. It's case #75309. I think it went through this time ;D

Where did you guys send your emails to get a successful response? i sent one to the general inquiry support, but haven't gotten anything yet.

As explained here (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/support/faq.html) and there (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=85), the Technical Support desk is now reachable through your Arturia user account (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/community/my-account.html), where you must have registered at least one synthesizer.
This will allow faster and more efficient service to our valuable users.

Go to My Account -> My Licences -> Support Contact -> Press Get Support of one of your VSTi's -> Change to MiniMg under The product you are using -> Enter the License number and fill out the form. Then send it :)

I have the same problem registering miniMg-v with a twist.
the rest of my v-collection has been registered under an account that I have lost the details for.

I sent an email and also a user message from my registered account, but the case is still open and the number isn't being accepted when I input it in the MiniMg V registration screen here on Arturia.com

I sent two private messages to Antoine and there's still the open case # 75309. I'm not sure what else to do at this point, it's still not accepting my serial. I supplied the serial in both messages and the open case. Let me know, thanks.

Sure I got it, but I will once again repeat what I already told several times:
at Arturia we work at regular office hours.
Subsequently, we do not work:
_ during weekends,
_ during legal holidays (such as May Day).
Find it a shame or not, we are human beings that regularly need days off!
Thared33, your serial number will be registrable today, I will let you know via the regular way.

I am not able to make a request to tech support through my account because I do not have any other synths registered. I'm trying to register my MiniMg V, but I get the "not listed in our database" message.

I have had Mini Mg V for three months now. Of those three months it has worked for three weeks due to the fact I was using an older version that was not governed by the new licensing. Upon update POOF miniMg V is gone and after going through every possible step no success. Although I love this program I have the feeling that it has its problems largely due to this e licensing business. I would just install the older version but my disk has no DMG on it. Originally I borrowed a disk so I could install it. That one has since come up missing. If anyone has an old version of the disk and does not need it please let me know. I very much would like have this program back.

David, as discussed in our emails, for some unknown reasons, your computer is not installing the Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser correctly, which is stopping you from activating MiniMg V2 or any other Syncrosoft-enabled software (Arturia or other).
I have already offered you to send you a replacement MiniMg V CD. I just need your shipping address (via private email).
