MIDI VALUES CHANGES ON ITS OWN

THE MIDI VALUES ARE CHANGING WITHOUT ME TOUCHING ANY OF THE SLIDERS.

PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO .

FACTORY RESET ALSO DONE

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I don't see any values change. I just see the display change to Slider 5 informations that remain the same. (Perhaps because the slider is touched by the cable i see beside it or by something else.) Is that what you mean?
What happens if you touch another slider and release it again? Does it allways jump back to show slider 5 informations? Is it a problem in your work?

Are you shouting since you only use large letters?

Hi..sliders jump from 1 to another (random) when i record in logic the master volume cuts off which is slider 9 and other the other sliders also do that. few knobs too (but mainly sliders)


Sorry about large letters..pc keys are stuck at capslock

As i see it it jumps from a memory 1 display to a slider 5 display showing the value 97. No value changes.
But try to use a midi tool to see if the controller output changes in values by it self. If you are on Windows, you can use MIDI OX: http://www.midiox.com/
