Tube-Sta: best settings for accoustic instruments

I finally decided to buy the Tube-Sta. I wasn't sure if I would really benefit from all its features.
The fact that it's one of a few plugins with examples applied to a classical voice and classical piano track was a strong point.

I usually record accoustic instruments (classical guitar, digital piano, saxes, trumpet/flugel) on a mono track in Cubase Elements (no side chain available for third party).
There is no preset for piano, horn or accoustic guitar. I wonder if someone can offer tips for this kind of recording. I simply use the voice preset, with single mode. Input at 18 and output as loud as output monitoring allows (output meter doesn't get red).

J'ai acheté le Tube-Sta, convaincue par les exemples sur le piano et la voix classique. Mais je ne suis pas sûre de pouvoir en bénéficier pleinement. J'enregistre des instruments acoustiques jazz (piano, guitare classique, cuivres et saxes) sur une piste mono. Des suggestions pour ce type d'enregistrement?

I found an instructive clip on youtube where a producer tweaks the Retro STA (hardware) on a global track and on a sanre and bass track.
