The hardware update froze 1%. I tried again and it went to 5% and froze. I disconnected and tried installing on a computer with fewer midi dependencies. Now it won't recognize the device at all. Windows says "USB Device Not Recognized". I hit the octave buttons, plugged in the USB, and unplugged my MIDI in. It says "Device not connected" and "could not get firmware revision" and "update failed". I am so angry I should have left well enough alone.
