Glide knob changes pitch???

Hello, when I turn the Glide knob the pitch changes... Is it normal?
Not normal on other synths I have / I have got.
I asked to support but they  just sent me a first aid answer (update firmware etc..)

Am I the only one to whom this happens? Could you please tell me if it also happens on yours?

yes of course. But the glide knob is still like a pitch bend!!!!

finally fixed. reset settings and updated firmware again!  :)
