Adjusting pitch-wheel on KeyLab 49 Essential
« on: December 18, 2018, 05:41:09 pm »
Hello!
I have a KeyLab 49 Essential MIDI keyboard and I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the min/max value of the pitch wheel. Where it is set now it only goes min-34 and max-96. Even in some Arturia software I see the virtual pitch wheel move but it doesn't go all the way up or down. Does anyone know how to adjust these settings on the actual keyboard? Thank you!

Hi,

This doesn't seems right as the Pitchwheel is supposed to be properly calibrated. You can do that yourself but to have the full procedure I invit you to contact our support services, they will get back to you shortly.
