Midi settings:
input/output matrixbrute: track: on; sync on; remote: on (tried all kind of settings)
Goal: use the keyboard as inout for ableton
what worked:
1. I can use the keyboard for all instruments in ableton
2. I can forward the midi via ableton to the matrixbrute controls
3. I can use the matrixbrute control seperatly via midi from ableton (drum beat)
a What is not working:
when I hit the keyboard (this goes via ableton than to the matrixbrute controls) and the sequencer or appregiator key is on, the matrixbrute is going into a kind of overdrive and the sound goes away. I did the test also with another keyboard (same thing) -
solution found : set "off" in midi settings
b what does lower part midi channel means? I can't find it in the manual.
