Author Topic: Output changes in velocity over CV for inactive steps in Seq1/Seq2?  (Read 1416 times)

I would love it if the BSP output programed changes in velocity over CV even if the current step is inactive. Being able to more easily use velocity as a quasi-independent modulation source would be useful in any number of cases, but a couple that come to mind are:

Pattern linking a modular sequencer or switch that has CV addressable patterns/steps
Modulating filter cutoff/resonance during the release phase of the note

I know you can set the gate on a step to 0 to get the held velocity to update, but this kinda wrecks the normal experience of sequencing gates/notes.
