M4l VCO controller and Filter controller for the matrixbrute

VCO controller

The Matrixbrute can be controlled externally from Ableton live in several ways. I created two devices in M4l that enable you to control the VCO and filters of the MB  externally and store  (and recall) these settings on your computer.
The VCO device allows you to control all knobs of VCO and VCO2 (adding VCO3 would take up too much screen) It also allows you to control all parameters of the VCOs directly in arrangement and clip view.
This is how you use it:
Twiggle the VCO 1 and 2  knobs until you have a sound you like. Store in first position of Memory block. Create a variation of this sound and again store it, continue until you have several variations.
You can now try different presets on the Matrixbrute and recall you stored VCO variations. It will drastically  change the current preset sound.

The Filter device allows you to control all knobs of the Steiner and Ladder filter (make certain that you have the filters enabled otherwise the device cannot control them)  It also allows you to control all parameters of the Filters directly in arrangement and clip view.
This is how you use it:
Twiggle the filter 1 and 2  knobs until you have a sound you like. Store in first position of Memory block. Create a variation of this sound and again store it, continue until you have several variations.
You can now try different presets on the Matrixbrute and recall you stored Filter variations. It will drastically  change the current preset sound.

Have fun
